Smoking Areas in Belarusian’s Airports

Smoking is generally prohibited inside the terminals of all airports in Belarus, including Minsk National Airport, Gomel Airport, Grodno Airport, Vitebsk Airport, and Mogilev Airport.

At Minsk National Airport, smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas located outside the terminals. These smoking areas are equipped with ashtrays and benches for travelers who wish to smoke before or after their flights. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the airport, including restrooms, check-in areas, and boarding gates.

Other airports in Belarus also have designated smoking areas located outside the terminals. However, smoking is not allowed inside the airport terminals or any other enclosed public spaces. Passengers who violate the smoking policy may face fines or other penalties, as smoking in public places is considered a misdemeanor offense in Belarus.
