On this website you can find all smoking areas in airports, including designated smoking areas and available facilities. We understand the frustration of going through security only to find that there are no smoking areas anywhere and in some cases e-cigarettes may not be allowed.

This service is for all smokers who want to enjoy a cigarette before or after long flights.

Thailand Smoking Law

Thailand has implemented strict smoking regulations to promote public health and reduce tobacco use. However, please note that smoking laws and regulations can change over time, so it’s advisable to refer to the most recent legislation or consult local authorities for the most up-to-date information on Thailand’s smoking laws.

In Thailand, smoking is generally prohibited in most indoor public places, including government buildings, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and public transportation. The law also restricts smoking in areas such as restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers, unless they have designated smoking areas that meet specific requirements.

All smoking rooms in Thailand airports have been closed in compliance with smoking regulations. As a result, if you wish to smoke, you will need to proceed through Immigration and utilize the designated smoking areas located outside the airport terminals. At Suvarnabhumi Airport, there are no smoking areas available within both the airside and landside sections of the terminal. Therefore, please be aware that you will need to exit the terminal building to access the designated smoking areas.
